Interested individuals who do not have a team to play with may complete this form to be added to the Free Agent List. Registered teams often need additional players to add to their rosters. The information from this form will be provided to registered teams, and a team manager may reach out to you directly. Additionally, the Program Director may contact you about joining a Free Agent Team, should there be enough interest. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee placement on a team.
