2026 Collegiate State Leadership Conference Judge Registration
The Iowa State Leadership Conference showcases the talents of Iowa's collegiate students as their apply their skills and passions to real world projects and scenarios. Judges will participate in a series of presentations with students, providing them feedback and determining those who will advance to the National Leadership Conference in the summer. The State Leadership Conference will be on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28 at Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny.

Judging rubrics are completed online. Iowa FBLA is only able to provide a limited number of devices for judges and asks kindly judges bring a device, if at all possible.
