Entry Fee: FREE! (with $150 fully refunded deposit*)
*Pro Beer Cheese contestants receive free advertising leading up to the festival valued at more than $5,000; therefore, the Beer Cheese Committee requires a $150 deposit that is fully refunded to contestants upon completion of the festival. This deposit reserves your place at the festival. Entrants who do not participate in the festival will forfeit the full amount of their deposit. Payment will be requested upon submitting this form and can be made via Visa/MasterCard/Discover/PayPal.
Applications received after this date will incur a $25 LATE FEE (subject to availability). The late fee will not be refunded.
Set up begins at 7 a.m. on the day of the festival. Setup must be completed by 9 a.m., and all vehicles must be removed from the street at this time.
Clean up begins AFTER 5 p.m. You may not remove your booth prior to this time. (Violators will not be asked back for future events and will forfeit their $150 deposit.)
A packet will be emailed prior to the event. The packet will include your assigned spot and instructions. No booth space will be assigned until full payment is received. Applications received after the deadline may/may not be accepted at the discretion of the committee and must include the late fee.
To ensure maximum publicity, please post this event on all your social media pages. Be sure to "tag" The Beer Cheese Festival often.
All beer cheese vendors must abide by the regulations of the Clark County Health Department.
