  • Thank you for choosing Archipelago Events for your event rental needs! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please take note of our Event Rental Time Policy:

    1. Standard Rental Period:

    The standard rental period for our event rentals is 8 hours.

    2. Additional Time:

    If you require more time beyond the standard 8-hour rental period, an additional charge will apply. For flower walls, it is an additional $50 per hour. For tablecloths, it is an additional $1 per hour. For 10 x 10 tents, it is an additional $10 per hour.

    If you require additional time, it has be requested when filling out this form.

  • Archipelago Events Rental Policy

    Effective December 22, 2023

    Thank you for choosing Archipelago Events for your event needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review our Event Rental Policy:

    1. Reservation and Confirmation:

    A 50% deposit is required to confirm all event rentals.

    2. Deposit Refundability:

    50% deposits are non-refundable 48 hours before the scheduled event date.

    3. Final Payment:

    All outstanding balances are due 48 hours before the scheduled event date. Your event will be cancelled if outstanding balances are not paid 48 hours before the scheduled event.

    4. Flower Wall Rentals:

    A $100 refundable deposit is required for flower wall rentals.
    The refundable deposit will be returned once the flower wall has been collected and inspected for damages (same day). This payment is in addition to the flower wall rental cost.

    5. Handling of Flower Walls:

    Flower walls are not to be moved or broken down by anyone other than Archipelago Events staff.

    6. Cancellation by Archipelago Events:

    Archipelago Events reserves the right to cancel any event. If cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather, clients will be offered the option to reschedule if an alternative date is available or receive a refund. Flower wall rentals being used outside will be cancelled (with a refund) if there is rain.

    7. Weather-related Cancellations:

    In the event of severe weather-related cancellation, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund. 

    8. Communication:

    Any changes or concerns regarding your rental should be communicated to Archipelago Events (archipelagoevents242@gmail.com) as soon as possible.

    9. Agreement Acknowledgment:

    By confirming your rental with Archipelago Events, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
