Release Waiver: By agreeing to this waiver, I as the parent/guardian of my attendee(s) acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and there is an inherent risk of injury involved. In allowing my child to participate in Dance Invasion’s activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. I understand the importance of myself and my child following the instructions and rules set by their instructor, and I agree to release Dance Invasion and it’s employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child’s participation in activities at Dance Invasion. I agree that Dance Invasion is only responsible for supervising the attendee(s) for the instructional hour of the party. I agree to photos being taken of my child and other attendee(s) which can be used in promotional advertising.
