Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) Studios evolved with the objective of providing affordable studio space for artists developing their professional practice within a supportive, collegial atmosphere.

SAC also supports a vibrant, creative sector in a number of ways, including providing affordable space for Arts Organisations and Festivals.

Please note: Many of the Studio Spaces at SAC are not sound-proof and / or are zoned as Quiet Practice. If your Arts Practice involves a sound component (includes regular use of mechanical or electric tools or machinery, audible music, dance, events, workshops, meetings) please discuss the suitability of a SAC Studio Space for your proposed Residency with the Operations Coordinator prior to submitting your application.

For ceramic artists, please note that there is no kiln located at SAC.
