Exchange / Returns Policy:

We gladly exchange / refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unnamed, unaltered (uncluding hemming) and non-laundered. Please return original packaging, along with the sales receipt.

For assistance in determining the appropriate size for Foundation Stage items, we recommend consulting our Secondary Size Chart.

Payment Options:

Payment can be transferred to DBIS bank accounts. Please email the bank transfer slip to the uniform@dbis.edu.hk for reconciliation purposes.
