Because the Ranch only have a small numbers of rooms a Reservation deposit will be charged directly. - Deposit Amount will show on your Personal invoice!
Cancellation Policy Colins Horseback:
Reservations cancelled up to thirty (40) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled up to thirty (40) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur an additional 15% administration
charge.
Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) to twenty-nine(29) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50%charge.
Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge.
There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”.
