FOLD 2024 Virtual Exhibitor Booth Form

The 2024 Festival of Literary Diversity will take place from April 28 - May 5. Events April 28 - May 1 will take place on our innovative virtual platform. Events May 2-5 will take place in-person Brampton, Ontario. Many of our in-person events will be livestreamed and/or posted for virtual users to watch on demand until June 30, 2024.

This application is open to literary and publishing organizations. Virtual exhibitor booths are $150. Booth applications are due by March 1 and payment is due by Monday, April 15. We encourage exhibitors to apply early as space is limited. Successful Virtual Exhibit Hall applicants who are not sponsoring the festival will be approved by March 2 at the latest.

Once your application is approved, you'll receive an invitation to begin to begin the design of your booth through a straight-forward six-step process.

Exhibitor booths are included in all sponsorship packages, which begin at $500, and guarantee a space in the exhibit hall. If you are interested in sponsoring the festival, please contact Samantha Clarke.

In addition to our roundtables option, do you want a "schedule a chat/appointment" option to be made available for attendees to book a time to chat with a booth rep anytime from April 28 - May 5?
