To begin the process, please complete all sections of the application form. After submission, your application will be reviewed by Childhood Cancer Ireland, and a team member will reach out to you to discuss the next steps.

As part of the Volunteering Agreement from Childhood Cancer Ireland, you will be required to provide when requested, a copy of your QFA or CFP® certification credentials and a copy of your Professional Indemnity Insurance policy documents.
