    If you have not started the project, yet, you may send a photo of the site where the project will be and the committee that will be in charge of the project. Please reference our environmental page website for ideas for photos.

    ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT COMPLETED?
    If this project has been completed, please send a beginning, middle and end photograph. We can only post 1-3 photos, so please send your favorite ones.

    Your completed form will be directly sent to your RFL and the listed approvers before it can be considered for the GHNI website and fundraising.
