PRICING:

Wholesale pricing is 50% off the Suggested Retail Price

MINIMUM ORDERS:

There is a $200 minimum order value.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE:

Calla & Friends enforces a minimum advertised price constraint of 20% off the retail price.

SELLING ON AMAZON:

Retailers & distributors are prohibited from selling Calla & Friends on Amazon or other third-party marketplace, without prior written consent from Calla & Friends.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Calla & Friends accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express). The total invoice amount, plus shipping costs, will be charged upon checkout.

The order will be dispatched once payment is complete.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Orders typically ship within 24 hours on regular business days, thus alterations, additions, or cancellations to orders are not possible once the order has been submitted.

CLAIMS & RETURNS:

Upon receipt, please inspect each shipment. Any claims relating to damages or shipment discrepancies must be communicated via email to wholesale@callaandfriends.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
