The fine print... PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING!
RETAINER/ PAYMENT
Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a deposit via credit card to reserve all of your appointments. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to be paid upon submission of this document. The balance of the most RECENT quote will be due 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING. Payment is accepted via debit or credit card. Venmo or any Cash App will not be accepted. Cash payments may be made upon arrangement with The Ivory Mane. The full fee will be charged for all appointments not kept without 45 DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Gratuity has NOT been included and is at your discretion. If you are happy with your services a 15-20% gratuity is recommended. If artists are required to begin services or travel before 7am, an early start fee will be required. The bride assumes responsibility of payment to the stylist for all members of the bridal party included for styling. ONE PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY THE BRIDE FOR TOTAL SERVICES RENDERED AFTER DEPOSIT.

LEGAL STUFF
The state and federal courts serving Sedgwick County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, and both parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. The prevailing party in any litigation or dispute involving this Agreement, or the Services performed thereunder, shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and expenses arising from such litigation or dispute from non-prevailing party.
ARTIST'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIST BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF CLIENT INFORMS ARTIST OF CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD GIVE RISE TO SUCH DAMAGES.
