Submit this form BEFORE the 10th of the month PRIOR to your event. (ie, if your event is on June 30th, you would submit by May 10th)
The Newsletter Form alerts Arts Division staff, in a concise manner, to upcoming events and answers only the important questions: Who, What, When, Where, How, Why, and How Much.
Information provided on this form will be used to create the online calendar listings on the City Website. The information is also distributed via the West Hollywood Arts Division public e-newsletter. (Subscribe here!)
Newsletter Info Forms not completed and submitted by the deadline will not be listed in the City's online calendar.
City Acknowledgement - Arts Grantees
GRANTEES are required to incorporate the City logo on all printed and digital materials related to the funded project.
Required Language: The words “This (concert, exhibition, performance and/or program) is supported in part by an arts grant from the City of West Hollywood.” Must be included.

Use of Photographs and Personal Statements
With reference to photographs and/or personal statements of individuals to be used in marketing materials, appropriate consent from the subject should be obtained and is the sole responsiblity of the GRANTEE.
