Team Submission Form

This form is for real estate teams who wish to participate in the 2026 rankings by RealTrends Verified, and were not part of a bulk submission by your brokerage brand.
2026 RealTrends Verified Team Thresholds:

To qualify for the RealTrends Verified Team Awards, minimum production thresholds apply:
- For National/State rankings, a team must close 40 residential transaction sides or $16M in sales volume.
- For City rankings, a team must close 25 residential sides or $10M in sales volume.
2026 RealTrends Verified Team Sizes:
- Small: 2–5 licensed agents
- Medium: 6–10 licensed agents
- Large: 11–20 licensed agents
- Mega: 21–50 licensed agents
- Enterprise: 51+ licensed agents
Submitting to the National/State Rankings automatically enters you into the RealTrends Verified City Rankings. If you don’t meet National/State thresholds, you can still participate by submitting for the City Rankings as long as you meet the city-level criteria.

New York City teams will be ranked both in an overall NYC list and in individual borough lists. To appear in a borough-level ranking, you must enter your borough in the “City” field; if no borough is provided, you will only appear in the overall NYC ranking.

Note we only accept residential transactions from the prior calendar year. January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 residential sales only - no land, lots, leases, commercial, or timeshares. Did it qualify for a conventional loan? Then RealTrends likely accepts it!

Verification Information

Valid verification is required for your ranking to be published. All agents have the option of manual verification (uploading your documents) or electronic verification (we will email your verifier a letter for them to attest).

Upload documentation to show your residential transactions and sales volume for 2025. This can be a MLS pull showing residential only, a reputable CRM showing residential sales only with each transaction listed, or a letter from a third party verifier attesting to your sides and volume. 3rd party = managing broker, CPA, or accountant. You may not be the signer on your own verification letter.
