Cancellation Policy:
In the event that it is necessary for a registrant to cancel.
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days (July 20, 2025) prior to the start of the Camp (less a $50.00 administration and processing fee).
- For cancellations made within 45 days of the start of the Camp, NO refund will be adminstered without a medical reason provided and accompanied by a doctor's note (less a $50.00 administration and processing fee).
Disclaimer
In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in any way in the Valkyrie Female Hockey Camp, related
events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is possible and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
3. I hereby release and hold harmless the Valkyrie Female Hockey Camp, their instructors, coaches, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessers of premises used to conduct the event; and,
4. The Valkyrie Female Hockey Camp will not be responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen personal items. Items are to be left in the dressing rooms at your own risk.
I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
Valkyrie Female Hockey Camp reserves the right to use any pictures, video or other media taken during the camp(s) for advertising and/or instructional purposes.
