⚫ Identify yourself in stores as an OPTIMA RETAIL technician
⚫ During the first interventions, wear neutral clothing, without logos of your company. After several interventions, use Optima Retail's corporate clothing. Please make your request to tecnicos@optimaretail.es and they will be sent to you as soon as possible free of cost.
⚫ Make a report when still at the store (no other kind of report is valid).
⚫ Do not leave documentation in the store (delivery notes, invoices, etc.) Always send it to us by email.
⚫ Subcontracting is not allowed. Always work with your own staff.
⚫ Take pictures before and after the assigned work
⚫ The priority is ALWAYS that the store staff is happy after your intervention, even if the incident could not be solved. Be kind and if you detect any problem, quickly notify the corresponding Optima Retails coordinator.
These rules are MANDATORY COMPLIANCE to collaborate
with OPTIMA RETAIL
As soon as you start working with us, we will need your Liability Insurance.
The mandatory information on the invoice is: Work order number (OT), E-mail, Tax Identification Number, IBAN
In regular collaborations, our payment method is 15 days by Bank transfer.
Invoices should always be addressed to: administration@optimaretail.es
For questions or general queries about the collaboration you can contact the technicians team at tecnicos@optimaretail.es. For issues related to interventions, you should always contact the coordinator who has entrusted you with the work, and in case of unavailability, you can call 24h (+34) 911 43 80 61.
We let you know that this collaboration is absolutely voluntary and if at any time you want to stop collaborating, you only have to notify the technicians department by sending an email to tecnicos@optimaretail.es.
