CHANTALLE DESIGNS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the personal information that Chantalle Designs (“CD”, “Our,” “We,” or “Us”) collects from you, or that you may provide to us, through our Order Form and other platforms.
This Policy applies to all data collection processes used by Chantalle Designs, exclusive of our host websites and social media platforms which have their own Privacy Policies.
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, it is your choice not to use the Chantalle Designs Order Form. By accessing or using this Form, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Chantalle Designs Order Form after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Chantalle Designs Order Form, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred payment method (whether that be FCIB 1st Pay or Other Bank Transfer and Banking Service Provider(s). This is called Order Information.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through our Order Form (including providing order confirmations and invoices, processing your preferred payment methods, and banking service provider(s) and arranging for collections).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
-Communicate with you.
-Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
-When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Order Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Chantalle Designs Order Form, we will maintain your Order Information for our records as required for a period specified by Barbados Revenue Authority.
MINORS
Chantalle Designs Order Form can be used by all ages provided that they are supervised by a parent or guardian if under the age of 16.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

CHANTALLE DESIGNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BUSINESS HOURS
Chantalle Designs will be open from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. We will be closed on Sundays and on Public Holidays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Chantalle Designs only accepts product returns for up to 7 days after initial collection and customers must present their CD receipts.
Chantalle Designs offers two types of returns/refunds:
If the product is returned and deemed untarnished, within the required 7-day period, customers will have the option to exchange their purchase for a product of equal or lesser value OR to return it and be refunded via FCIB 1st Pay Transfer or Other Bank Transfer, exclusive of up to 50% non-refundable deposit.
If the product being returned is deemed defective, then customers will be given a 100% refund on their purchase.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON COLLECTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE PRODUCT(S) ARE DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER SO THAT WE CAN INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
ORDER PLACEMENTS AND PAYMENTS
Orders for Chantalle Designs’ products will be made via our Order Form. AT LEAST 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure orders. There will be two (2) ways to Order and pay for CD products: FCIB 1st Pay Transfer or Other Bank Transfer.
FCIB 1st Pay Transfer/ Other Bank Transfer
A customer’s order will only be processed after order confirmation and a minimum (non-refundable) deposit of 50% is paid. Order confirmation email will be sent out within a 24-hour period, customer must verify purchase between 24 to 48 hours of our order confirmation being emailed. After, the customer will receive an invoice with the payment details, official collection location, approx. date and time. Customer invoices will be due on approx. collection day. Orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days, after AT LEAST 50% (non-refundable) deposit is received.
When order is completed, the customer will be notified by email or phone call, and depending on payment method (other bank transfer), the final installment will be requested 24 to 48 hours before official collection date. After final payment, a digital receipt for their purchase will be emailed to the customer, to be presented on collection.
COLLECTIONS
Purchased items will be collected at the selected meetup locations on Saturdays between 12 pm and 5 pm. More specific details of order collection will be discussed via phone call or email closer to the collection date.
LATE COLLECTIONS AND COLLECTION RESCHEDULING
If a customer is unable to meet the requirements of Chantalle Designs’ Collection Process, i.e. missing our collection day, customers must communicate their inability to meet for collection and their desire to reschedule. This must be done within 24 hours of the missed collection day.
Uncollected orders will be held for 30 days before resale. Customers are encouraged to communicate if they are experiencing issues with scheduling. All information regarding late collections will be shared via an updated invoice.
CANCELLATIONS
If the customer wants to cancel their order, they will be asked to indicate this as soon as possible. See Returns and Refunds if you have already paid for your order.
