This is a privately funded program provided by ARCIT to its members for $50,000. Let this serve as a notice that a funding opportunity has been identified for the acquisition, onboarding, and consolidated services for a program provided by the CHOOSE-Texas.com initiative.

This program applies to the first year of participation only, subsequent programs may be made available in the future.

This funding can be used for the following funding purposes:

1. To supplement membership into the CHOOSE-Texas program, to offset the $7,900 annual investment into the business-attraction initiative.
   
   
2. To supplement the website, video, and AI services provided by GSLI to ARCIT Members.

These funds will be directly applied to the partner upon notification of the contract.

The use of the ARCIT Logo must be used in as follows per grant award (assistance will be provided):

• Appear in the Banner of the Choose-Texas ELITE Community Listing
• Appear in the footer of the community website.
• Appear in the closing of a video production.

Applicants towards this are being chosen to offset the expenses to participate in the CHOOSE-Texas.com initiative for an entire year or use it to enhance your community offerings such as website enhancement, video creation, or Al-assisted services such as follow-up and lead nurturing.

The awarded funds are only for application towards the programs listed on application.

If award is issued we will contact {primaryContact} at {primaryContact15} and email the award amount to {primaryContact45}.

On this {dateOf41},we submit this application and upon the decision to accept the award CHOOSE-Teas.com staff will provide for the onboarding, setup, integration, training, and billing information necessary for the access to the program. If an award is not accepted by the award expiration date below it is understood that the grant funds may be reallocated to a reserve awardee.

I, {primaryContact} as the {primaryContact42} of {applicantOrganization} approve the application and upon the acceptance of this award, and represent that I am a duly authorized representative of the organization able to commit to the cost share requirement of up to $3,950 for a full years access and the full participation commitment of CHOOSE-Texas.com, as such the partnership agrees to partially match the balance of $7,900 for the initial years access to the program, and ensure that the commensurate deliverables and onboarding are initiated.
