In making application for employment or in accepting employment with PRO-TEC Coating Company, I understand that employment will not be for any definite period of time and such employment may be terminated at any time with or without cause and with or without prior notice.

I certify that my answers to the foregoing questions and information are true and correct. I have submitted this Application for Employment and any supporting information with full knowledge that it will be utilized by PRO-TEC Coating Company in consideration of my application for employment.
I understand that it is PRO-TEC Coating Company’s practice to make routine inquiries for information regarding employment and/or educational history. I request and authorize each present or former employer and/or educational institution listed herein or otherwise provided by me to answer fully any and all questions asked by PRO-TEC or its representatives in connection with my application for employment except as my written statement upon this form requests that no inquiry be made. Further, I release all references, present and former employers, educational institutions, or others from damages due to providing information regarding me. I understand that any misstatement or misrepresentation made by me in this application or in any supporting information may result in withdrawal of an offer for employment by PRO-TEC Coating Company or termination of employment by PRO-TEC if I am already employed at the time such misstatement or misrepresentation is discovered.
In consideration of PRO-TEC’s review of my application, I agree that any claim or lawsuit arising out of my employment with, or application for employment with, PRO-TEC must be filed no more than six (6) months after the date of the employment action that is subject of the claim or lawsuit. While I understand that the statute of limitations for claims arising out of an employment action may be longer than six (6) months, I agree to be bound by the six (6) month period of limitations set forth herein and I waive any statute of limitations to the contrary. Should a court determine in some future lawsuit that this provision allows un unreasonably short period of time to commence a claim or lawsuit, the court shall enforce this provision as far as possible and shall declare the lawsuit barred unless it was brought within the minimum reasonable time within which the claim or suit should have been commenced.
