    Create - Help - Attain - Start - Evaluate

    Step 1: Write out the problem & what you want to change. At the bottom of the page, write out what a vision of where you want to go in the context of this problem. Set a 10 minute timer. In the middle, write out all the small steps you could do that would take you toward that vision. Don't censor it. Just write.

    Step 2: Find areas you need to get help to move forward and circle those things.

    Step 3: Find where you need to learn or get something else to be able to move forward.

    Step 4: Get started! Put a box around a few things that would have the biggest impact and put them in your calendar.

    Step 5: Evaluate weekly. Before your week starts, sit down and determine what needs adjusting and what is working...and add those new small tasks to your calendar.
