2024 HyperFest Volunteer Registration Form

I would like to submit this form for consideration as a volunteer for the HyperFest Offroad Experience.

HyperFest is scheduled for Thursday, 5/16/24 (set up day) and Friday, 5/17/24, to Sunday, 5/19/24, at VIRginia International Raceway in Alton, VA.

Volunteering offers numerous perks! While we cannot guarantee the exact perk package, past volunteers have enjoyed helicopter rides, drift, street, and adrenaline experiences, complimentary meals, free general admissions and camping passes, swag, and more.

We will be traveling on Wednesday and setting up on Thursday. The takedown will occur on Sunday afternoon, after 10 am, and typically concludes by 3 pm. Volunteering requirement is 12 hours and may be broken up into 4-6-hour shifts, we will release a shift schedule once we have everyone's availability.
