DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

We offer one-on-one collaborative sessions with animal caregivers in which we apply the most positive, least intrusive effective strategies to help caregivers and their animals reach their behavior goals. We personalize the process to your and your animal’s needs, goals, timeline, skills, and lifestyle and we aim to train your animals with you live during each session. A detailed description of services agreed upon will be provided via email and your email response will verify receipt of the detailed description of services.

Most of our consulting is done by Zoom, in one-hour increments. Follow-up between scheduled sessions will be done by email, video, and chat. The first step for Companion Animal clients is filling out the Background Questionnaire (https://form.jotform.com/233546593912160). Once received, Cassie will be in touch to discuss some preliminary information based on your unique background prior to your first session so we can maximize our time together. Payment is due 5 business days prior to our first session. Companion Animal Collaboration Sessions may be booked singly or in packages of three or more. Animal Facility packages will be customized and agreed upon via email.

I understand that by making a payment I have committed to the full length of the training program as stated in the Description of Services above. I understand that I am responsible for timely payment in full regardless of whether I choose to complete the training program. If any payments are not timely made, Awesome Animal Solutions is not obligated to provide further services. INITIALS*

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When you purchase a consulting package, Cassie will suggest the frequency of scheduled sessions best suited to meet your goals based on your specific information. The sessions do not expire. Because Awesome Animal Solutions is invested in your success and we want to see you and your animal continue to move forward towards achieving your goals, and because we limit our schedule to provide individualized support for each client, Awesome Animal Solutions requires 5 days’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice will be counted against your package, so please plan carefully.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

Awesome Animal Solutions will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my animal and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training recommendations based on the most positive, least intrusive, effective strategies for behavior change. However, to the extent that Awesome Animal Solutions is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Awesome Animal Solutions will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by Awesome Animal Solutions and understand the inherent risks of owning and caring for an animal, including but not limited to the risk of aggression towards myself or others. I represent and warrant that I have provided Awesome Animal Solutions with full and complete, accurate information regarding any aggression history and similar incidents or hazardous tendencies of my animal, and that I will update that information if it changes. I understand that I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my animal at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Awesome Animal Solutions of any and all claims, whether made by myself or any third party, of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my animal. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. This contract, together with language expressly incorporated into it in writing, is the full and complete agreement between me and Awesome Animal Solutions. A complete and accurate copy of this contract is as valid as the original. This contract is made valid by in-person signatures, electronically signed signatures, or upon receipt of a signed, scanned copy by email.

MEDIA WAIVER:

Awesome Animal Solutions would like to share your progress and learning journey with your animal(s) with others through sharing photos and video clips of your animal(s) and animal training sessions in professional educational materials produced to help animal caregivers and their animals reach their fullest potential and experience exceptional levels of wellness and welfare.

I grant permission to Awesome Animal Solutions and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish and broadcast my photograph(s), likeness and voice, including via video, and including my animal(s), for trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Awesome Animal Solutions and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photograph(s), video(s), likeness and voice.
