Trade Account Application
By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.

KIKI Limited reserves the right to request further information or documentation and may decline an application where necessary.

Approved Sales Channels
Trade accounts are granted for the purpose of selling KIKI Health products directly to end consumers through sales channels approved by KIKI Limited.

Approval of a retailer’s own website or physical store does not automatically constitute approval of any third-party marketplace or other sales channel.

Third-Party Marketplaces
Unless expressly authorised in writing by KIKI Limited, you must not list, advertise or sell KIKI Health products on any third-party marketplace, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop or similar platforms.

No Onward Trade Supply
You must not resell, distribute or supply KIKI Health products to any wholesaler, distributor, retailer, reseller, buying group, export company or other business for onward resale or commercial distribution.

Product Presentation
KIKI Health products must be represented accurately and professionally.

Retailers must use current product imagery and accurate product information and must not knowingly use outdated packaging, incorrect product sizes, obsolete descriptions or misleading content.

Where updated product information or imagery is provided by KIKI Limited, retailers may be required to update their listings accordingly.

Retailers must present KIKI Health products in a manner consistent with the quality, positioning and reputation of the KIKI Health brand.

Brand Materials & Intellectual Property
All KIKI Health trademarks, logos, product imagery, website content and other brand materials remain the property of KIKI Limited or its licensors.

Approved retailers may use authorised brand materials solely for the promotion and sale of genuine KIKI Health products through approved sales channels.

Brand materials must not be materially altered, redistributed or used in a way that implies an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement.

Compliance
KIKI Limited may request reasonable information relating to sales channels, distribution arrangements and stock provenance in order to verify compliance with these terms.

Where KIKI Limited reasonably believes these terms have been breached, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate supply and may require the removal or correction of unauthorised or inaccurate listings.

Termination of a trade account does not oblige KIKI Limited to repurchase remaining stock unless separately agreed in writing.

By applying for, holding or continuing to use a KIKI Health trade account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
