By applying for and/or holding a trade account, I agree that I will not list, advertise, or sell KIKI Health products on any third-party or global online marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms, unless expressly authorised in writing by KIKI Limited in advance.

KIKI Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate supply if its products are found to be listed or sold on unauthorised marketplaces and may require the immediate removal of such listings. No returns, refunds, or compensation will be accepted or provided for stock purchased or held.

All intellectual property rights in the KIKI Health brand, including trademarks, logos, product names, website content, text, images, and other brand materials (“Brand Materials”), are owned by or licensed to KIKI Limited. All rights are reserved.

Authorised retailers are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use approved Brand Materials solely for the promotion and sale of KIKI Health products through authorised sales channels.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by KIKI Limited, you must not:
- Republish, reproduce, duplicate, or copy any Brand Materials.
- Modify or create derivative works from Brand Materials.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Brand Materials.
- Copy or reproduce KIKI Health website content, policies, product descriptions, or terms and conditions.
- Redistribute Brand Materials or present content in a way that implies unauthorised affiliation, approval, or endorsement.
KIKI Limited reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any unauthorised use of Brand Materials, website content, or links, and you agree to comply without delay.
