Data Protection - Online Member Consent Form

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect in 2018, the Royal Solent Yacht Club (RSYC) is required to obtain the following consent from all members:
1. I consent to my details (name, main address, phone numbers, email address, name & type of any boats owned) being included in the Royal Solent Yacht Club's (RSYC) Members' Directory that will be shared with other RSYC members.
2. I agree not to share the contents of the RSYC's Members' Directory with non-members and not to use it for advertising, political reasons, promotional purposes or financial gain.
3. I undertake to securely store and, when out of date, securely dispose of my copy of the printed Members' Directory.
4. I undertake to maintain secure access to the online Members' Directory via my online member account.
5. I consent for my image to be used by the RSYC in photographs of the Club's activities for the sole purpose of promoting the Club.
6. I acknowledge that I can withdraw consent by submitting my withdrawal request in writing to the Club.
7. I have the authority of my partner, family members and/or dependents, whose names are listed in the field below, to complete this consent form on their behalf.
