2) PAYMENTS & WORKFLOW
As an events services platform, we will handle everything to streamline the process for both our clients & partners. PLEASE PROVIDE US YOUR PRICES & BOOKING PROCESS... We secure client payments for you, and we pay everyone after every event. (Some corporate clients take longer to pay, due to processing forms and such, but we'll pay you out of pocket, whenever possible). Payment is based on A) Event specifics, B) Your Experience and Rates... All that we expect is your professionalism, honesty & of course your Skillfulness!
3) BOOKING PROCESS UPDATES
We will add any of your key policy updates, as part of our booking process... when you join us. [Please check our website "Policies" page for updates to policies and procedures].
4) PARTNERSHIP CONFIRMATION

OUR WORKING AGREEMENT (Contract):
This part is your simple working contract with Artitude Canada (Events Services). Please confirm/check all the points to join our platform. (This is your digital signature).

1) No commitments. Except for your obligations to verified bookings... Firstly, you (or your company) is a freelance contractor with Artitude Events Services... You are free to do as you will. However, please note that disregarding the below guidelines, is a risk of termination (this work agreement) with us, and possibly no future bookings from us, or any of our clientele
2) Any other business agreements between us can be signed as a separate agreement. But not disregarding this current agreement.
3) You are a trustworthy person/company... (We work with people & businesses who are not only skilled and creative [see our website for services example], but who are professional, and honest).
4) You aim to represent Artitude (our nickname), yourself, and any of our partners/affiliates -- with good intentions. This includes that:
5) You will do your best to work well with all other team members, services people, or businesses
6) You will not attempt to steal our clientele, cause any gossip, or create negative conflicts of interest between us, our partners, or any clientele
7) You will do your best to provide great service value to every client, and also their guests
8) You (or your company) is responsible for doing your own taxes & financial accounting
9) You are responsible for your own travel routes & events equipment setups (but if possible we can support you with both)
10) You will do your best to follow all the client's guidelines (within reason), ensuring a great team workflow and guest experience
11) NOTE: (Most events, if not all events, always go smoothly and turn out very well!)... However, in the unexpected or unfortunate circumstances of any issues or legal disputes, then you agree to hold Artitude blameless against any and all such issues, because you (or your associates) is a contractor with their own liability responsibilities, at every single event.
12) We will always notify you, if there is any future amendments to this working agreement between us. We look forward to working with you!
FINAL AFFIRMATION: I/We certify that I am/We are, indeed the person/company signing this digital agreement, and is the one responsible for it. Secondly, I/We also confirm that there are no physical OR mental health issues that can prohibit from partaking in doing events services with all clients.
