Information:

- I work at Poison Ivy Ink Tampa. The address is 6308 N Florida Ave, Tampa Florida 33604

- Touchups are free within the first year of your appointment date.

- In case of rescheduling please let me know in advance.

- If you would like to change your design please let me know in advance. With major changes we may need to reschedule your appointment so that your design is ready day of.

- If your tattoo design is in a style I am not comfortable with then I will do my best to find another artist most suitable for you.
