The way we do our Success Shadowing is through a 3 day immersive hands on program lead by Lisa Giles, a 12 year successful stylist. Some things to note about Lisa is she's owned a salon, been a comission stylist, a renter, managed a salon, owned a studio, AND has been a travel stylist; she's done it all. She's rebuilt her clientele twice, moving across the country and successfully rebuilding her clientele in just 3 months. She is now so passionate about giving all the tools she's used to help you create YOUR own verison of success.

So what is Success Shadowing?
We offer 2 programs, the Pro and Elite. Each program is 3 days long and includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks of course).
The WFH portion is done right at our HQ (aka Lisa's HOME!) and the hands on in salon portion is done at various locations running from Los Angeles, Huntington Beach, and San Diego. Lisa is a travel stylist so you'll not only be able to receive in salon experience, but also see what it's like to be a travel stylist (double whammy)
This is a very intense hands on program. We are looking for stylists who are ready to take shit to the next level and take the tools they learned and apply them to their lives, to become the stylist they've dreamed of. There are alot of mental excerises as well as hands on exercises, so get ready to learn!
After the 3 day shadowing session is done, we will be celebrating with nice dinner and creating a plan for you to put it all into action.
After you leave, you'll have a year long touch base mentorship with Lisa, meaning for the next 12 months, you'll be able to text lisa, schedule calls, touch base for extra guidance.
THE PROGRAMS:
The PRO
This program is designed for the hungry stylist looking to learn more color techniques, color corrections, formulas, all the tools to create a successful experience behind the chair. This program includes 1 day WFH and 2 days BTC. The WFH portion will be dedicated to learning marketing techniques, how to grow your clientele, how to position yourself as a successful stylist to attract your ideal clientele (as we call it the no bullshit clientle) and all the buisness bullshit. The 2 days BTC will be showing how to create top notch client experiences through details consultations and the "little" things that create a positive experience. You'll also learn mutiple color techniques, formula hacks, color theory, all the shit you need to become an artist. Since Lisa has a strong focus on color corrective services, be prepared to have your mind BLOWN! We don't do the easy shit here ;) But have no fear, we still show balayage applications, highlighting techniques, and all the foundational techniques, as it is very important to understand these before you master the rest.

The ELITE
This program is designed for the ULTRA hungry stylist looking to learn the business, the social media, the scaling portion. They've mastered being behind the chair, but now want MORE. This program is all WFH in sunny Newport Beach, California. Day 1 is understanding your business, so we will be setting up systems such as policies, contracts, cards on file, your website and setting up branding. A website is the first thing people see when booking with you, regardless if it's a client or not. Day 2 is diving into your social media. We will be going over how what your goals are with social media and how we can make that happen. We'll be going over content pillars, the various platforms, and how to create content for each one. You'll be leaving with hundreds of content ideas, just fyi. And we'll show you how to properly create content such as various editing hacks, apps to use, and ways to streamline this process. Day 3 we will be teaching marketing, how to work with brands, and apply all the tools learned on day 1 and 2 into a streamlined system. We will also be covering how to understand your numbers, how to profit, and learn allllllll the bullshit behind the business.
