The way we do our Success Shadowing is through a 3 day immersive hands on program lead by Lisa Giles, a 14 year successful stylist. Some things to note about Lisa is she's owned a salon, been a comission stylist, a renter, managed a salon, owned a studio, AND has been a travel stylist; she's done it all. She's rebuilt her clientele twice, moving across the country and successfully rebuilding her clientele in just 3 months. She is now so passionate about giving all the tools she's used to help you create YOUR own verison of success.

So what is Success Shadowing?
Success Shadowing is a private, immersive mentorship experience for hairstylists who are serious about growing their careers, increasing their income, and building a business that actually supports the life they want.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program, and it’s not a traditional class. Every Success Shadowing experience is fully customized to the stylist attending. Before you arrive, I take time to understand where you are in your career, what challenges you’re facing, and where you want to go next. From there, we build the experience around you.
Over three days in California, we’ll work through the real strategies that have allowed me to build my career in this industry. From pricing and profitability, client growth, and content creation, to building brand partnerships, scaling your income, and creating multiple revenue streams. The goal isn’t to show you my life. The goal is to break down how I’ve built it, and help you apply those strategies in a way that works for your own business and goals.
Because this experience is intentionally intimate, it allows us to go deeper than any classroom setting ever could. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a personalized plan for the next stage of your career.
