Terms and Condition

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions for your tattoo appointment.

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your appointment. If the deposit is not received, your appointment will NOT be confirmed. We will send you the code that is required when depositing on our linktree: linktr.ee/sophie_a_tattoo after the form is submitted. To ensure all deposits are placed with the artists' approval. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you are late more than 30 minutes, your booking is automatically cancelled. We understand that unexpected delays can occur, but as a business, we also need to ensure that our schedule runs smoothly for the benefit of all our clients.

3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only available 48 hours before the day of booking.

4. Design: Once the deposit is made, the design will be prepared and sent to you 2-3 days before the booking day. For custom designs, there will be time to sit and discuss the design before the appointment on the day. Please feel free to ask questions and raise concerns during this time, as it is crucial that you are happy with the final design. If you are unsure of the design, we recommend that you do not book the appointment and come in once you are ready.

5. Custom Designs: If the piece is done by another artist unless given permission, I CANNOT do the piece. This also applies to designs for which you are unsure of who the artist is. Please acknowledge that this is to respect other artists, as it would be illegal and unethical to do an exact copy of another artist's design without their permission. On the other hand the design CAN be redesigned into my style through the given references.

6. Bringing Friends: You are welcome to bring a friend on the day of your appointment, but please inform us of how many people will be accompanying you to the studio, depending on the number, not everyone may come in and watch you get tattooed in the room.

7. Tattoo Maintenance: Before the day of the appointment, please ensure that you stay hydrated and well-fed, avoid alcohol, and get a good night's rest.
