Asalaamu Alaykum, Inshaa Allah this Admission Application Form must be read carefully and signed, or your application cannot be processed, Information provided by you is kept confidential Inshaa Allah.

The school has the right to refuse and withdraw applications at their own discretion, school will start at 10:00 am and end 2:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Before and after these time, Teacher or school is not responsible of any students.

Parents can withdraw children at any stage with one Month notice, Student's progress will be completely based on the effort and support a family put together with our Islamic School.

Remember!! Imam Bukharee said: Knowledge come before speech and action"

So please ensure that your children/child complete his/her assignments every time before coming to school. When signing this form, you are agreeing to pay all fees pertaining to the education of your child/children at the Qiblataine weekend Islamic School.

One time Admission fee: $ 5.00 per household

Tuition fee: $50.00 per student a Month.
