Crikey! That's a lot of Crocs welcomes you to our inaugural weekly vendor market located at 1932 Green Oaks Rd, Ft Worth, TX 76116. We are located inside Ridgmar Mall across from SeaQuest and next to the elevator and Auntie Anne's.

The markets are to be held Saturday from 10am-4pm. Setup will begin at 9am and teardown begins at 4. Please - for the sake of the other vendors, do not tear down early as this can deter people from shopping and hurts everyones sales. Vendors are responsible for their own setup (tables, chairs, supplies, etc).
There is a back entrance that vendors may use to load in and out, but it is not directly by a door. We advise that a wagon be used. There are a few dollys here that can be utilitzed as well, but will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Disclaimer: Ridgmar is in the process of rejuvenation, so business here is not what it used to be. More stores are coming in and people do come here on the weekends thanks to SeaQuest. There are normally lines to get in and people walk around waiting for their turn. We cannot, however, guarantee you sales, much like any other market that you go to.

We will be advertising on Facebook, Instagram, the Ridgmar Mall Facebook pages, in store, and will create an event on Facebook. The day of the event we will have signs telling people about the event in front of the store. Please also share the event page and advertise on your social media pages.

We also have two tables in windows that vendors can "rent" for the event in addition to the 6 foot table in the front or back half of the store. One measures 4'x2.5' and the other measures just shy of 5'x2 and 1/3'. The tables are heavy, sturdy, and come with heavy white risers that can be utilized as well. Can be decorated any way you wish and we will allow those vendors to come in at 8:30am to set up there and their table space.

We will be going through and picking vendors whose items are different from each other. Competition might be healthy, but in a month where it is already slow for a lot of people, competition isn't really wanted. We all want sales and to stay warm, so that is why we are wanting to help others with this market.
Once accepted, you will receive an email with an invoice. Payment is due the Friday before the event. No refunds. The market will go on no matter the weather outside (except in chance of severe weather, in which case refunds will be given or you can choose to move to another weekend).
Instructions for the day of the event will go out on Wednesday.
We will be present and running our part of the store the day of the event, so please let us know if we can help you if you need a break or anything. We are also open to criticism and ideas, so please feel free to let us know if we can improve on anything.
