DELEGATES: Please submit this registration form by June 9, 2025 with your Total Amount Due of $176.00.

If turning in NON-delegate, NON-member form:

Submit this registration form before June 25, 2025.

IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. ALL MEMBERS MUST PRESENT A PAID-UP DUES BOOK FOR IDENTIFICATION TO REGISTER.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Hotel reservations are due by June 5, 2025. Our assigned website for reservations: loewshotels.com/ventana-canyon/group-2025-national-sorority-convention.
If you do not book online or are requiring an extended stay: Call 520-299-2020, OPTION 1, ask for Extension 5082, Christina. She works 12-9 CST, M-F. Mention you are with the National Sorority Convention 2025 or Group Code NSC705. Room rate is $149.00 plus, 12.05% tax, for 2 ppl, 3 ppl is 179.00, plus tax, 4 ppl is 199.00, plus tax. A credit card will be needed to hold the room.
