5. No Remittance Advice Form #7 is needed for online registration.

If turning in a delegate, NON-delegate and NON-member form:
DELEGATES: Please submit this registration form by June 8, 2026 with your Total Amount Due of $199.00. Chapters must pay full amount of Convention Fees and Registration Fee whether delegate attends all functions or not.
IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. ALL MEMBERS MUST PRESENT A PAID-UP DUES BOOK FOR IDENTIFICATION TO REGISTER.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Hotel reservations are due by June 8, 2026. Please make hotel reservations by calling 866-32-1758 and ask to book in the Delta Theta Tau block or book on-online by clicking here: Newport News Marriott at City Center, 740 Town Center Dr, Newport News, VA 23606. Standard King or Two Double Beds, rate is $169.00 per night, plus 15% tax + $1.00. Rooms are limited. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of registration for any event must by made by June 22, 2026. Cancellation notice must be sent to the Convention Coordinator, Terry Riester at 317-509-5523 or dtt26nationalconvention@gmail.com
