This is a booking request form, I will contact you via email to confirm your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation you do not have a appointment.

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. This can be paid via Paypal, Bank transfer or Cash.

BOOKING FEES may be transferred to a rearranged appointment provided I have 72 hours notice.

The booking fee will always comes off the total amount.
