RULES AND REGULATIONS
(i) RESPECT AND COURTESY
Members must treat one another and the public with courtesy, respect, compassion, and consideration at all times.
(ii) INTEGRITY AND CLUB VALUES
Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and sincerity and to support and promote the club’s values.
(iii) RESPECT FOR THE BOARD
Members must respect the Board’s authority and abide by its decisions and directives.
(iv) NON-DISCRIMINATION
Discrimination based on race, age, ethnicity, gender, or physical or mental ability is strictly prohibited.
(v) UNITY AND REPUTATION
Members must contribute to the club’s unity and represent it with dignity, professionalism, and respect at all times.
(vi) SAFETY FIRST
Members must prioritize safety by taking all reasonable precautions to protect their own lives and the lives of other motorists, pedestrians, and members of the public, and by making every effort to prevent accidents and injuries.
(vii) TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
The Board reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership at its discretion when deemed necessary and in the best interest of the club.
(viii) MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS AND PAYMENTS
All monetary contributions, dues, fees, or other payments on behalf of the club must be submitted directly to the Treasurer or an authorized representative.
(ix) RESIGNATION AND NON-PAYMENT OF DUES
Membership will be terminated immediately upon resignation or when a member’s dues remain unpaid for more than two consecutive months.
