Section One: Project Description Please describe your aims and objectives and how you plan to achieve them in the long- and short-term. Include your audience (who will benefit from your project and how), methodology, timeline, and who will be doing the work. *

If creating a native plant garden for educational or community beautification purposes, or undertaking a reclamation or research project, please list the native plant species you will use, method of propagation (pots/plugs/seed/other), and their source; describe how you will prepare the land; maintain your plants (watering, weeding); and deal with poor establishment and growth. Attach a plan of your site and photographs of the project area. For all projects, describe why the plants were chosen.

Section Two: Native Plants How will your project promote or increase the diversity and/or abundance of native plants and native plant habitats and encourage the use of native plants in your school, community municipality or in Alberta? *

List all social media, educational, research, beautification, reclamation, advocacy, or hands-on activities you plan to complete in the long- and short-term. Describe who will attend, when will your activities take place, and your long- and short-term objectives related to these activities.

Section Three: Educational Materials What educational or informative material will your project or project team develop, distribute, and publish?*

List all social media posts, curriculum-based materials, information, publications, or display boards at your project site you have created or plan to create in the long- and short-term.

Section Four: Project Collaboration Who have you collaborated with or plan to collaborate with during your project? *

List all groups, organizations, or co-operative projects with other groups you have approached, worked with during your project or plan to approach in your school, community, municipality or in Alberta. Describe the qualifications of collaborators who provide technical advice relating to native plants or native plant habitat.

Section Five: ANPC Integration How will your project increase awareness of the ANPC in your school, community, municipality, or Alberta? *

List ways in which your project will use the ANPC logo, ANPC educational material, and links to the ANPC web and social media sites to promote ANPC and ANPC activities, and encourage ANPC membership, volunteering with ANPC and participation in ANPC activities.
