Candidates' Forms Requirements Instructions
All online forms allow for entry by using the tab key or your mouse. You only need to tab to the selected area and enter the information requested. A receipt acknowledgement along with a copy of the information entered for each form will automatically forward to the e-mail address of the person submitting the form, usually the delegate once submitted. If you do not receive a receipt, your form was not received. If you are concerned about your forms, email Ricardo Andrews at missnortheastflorida@gmail.com and he will let you know if your forms are in fact being received. Many time, receipts go to Spam and Junk Mail folders automatically.
Due Dates: the due date for each required item is referenced on the MISS or TEEN Checklist. It is important that you adhere to these due dates.
Documents: All documents will be submitted via email - missnorthestflorida@gmail.com or submission form.
Candidates' Checklist: lists of the Administrative and Production items required by the Miss Northeast Florida Scholarship Organization with their respective due dates.

This agreement with Miss America for the local is via Club America after you sign up for the local competition season.

TALENT INFORMATION
Accompaniment Talent Music Track: a track of your approved talent music is to be submitted via talent form. It must be in mp3 format. The Talent Accompaniment Track time is strictly limited to ninety (90) seconds. Nothing longer is permissible. Your track will be checked for timing by local staff. If there is an issue with a track, you will be asked to resubmit it via email.
Explicit lyrics will not be allowed.
Please note: requirements in this section - all music will need to be submitted via talent form.
Section 3 - Requirements Due by December 13, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Schedule a session with your official photographer shortly to take headshot photos.
Headshots Required: Digital format only in high resolution print-ready jpeg file
1) Assign the responsibility of submitting the photos to someone who will ensure that the required headshots and candid photos are received by the due date. This is important to meet the schedules for our media and printing deadlines as these photos are used for the Miss Northeast Florida's Website, the Judges Books and the Miss Northeast Florida’s Competition Program. There can be no exceptions or extensions granted to the due date.
Headshot Photos: one (1) color photo submitted via email - missnortheastflorida@gmail.com. Please remember, a headshot should be the candidates' head and hair mostly.
Copyright Assignment Agreements: You will need to obtain a signed photographer release from your photographer in order to use your professional photographs for media purposes. This agreement is vital. We cannot use delegates' photographs in any media format until this agreement is received.
Section 4 - Requirements Due at Day 1 of Pageant weekend - December 20, 2025 (not required but if you have please bring with you)
