All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat date or participant if notified at least 14 days prior to the event.

Please ensure travel and personal arrangements are made responsibly, as RS Empowerment LLC is not responsible for travel cancellations or unforeseen personal circumstances.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

This Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") is entered into between Raquel Saenz Empowerment LLC (hereinafter, the "Company") and the participant of the in-person retreat (hereinafter, the "Participant")

Retreat Description:
-The in-person retreat by Raquel Saenz Empowerment LLC is a 3-day, 2-night event designed to provide intensive education and practices related to spirituality, prosperity, and abundance.
Acknowledgment of Risks:
-The Participant acknowledges that participation in the in-person retreat involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and other risks associated with group activities and manifestation practices.
Release of Liability:
-Raquel Saenz Empowerment LLC, its directors, employees, instructors, and any other persons associated with the Company do not guarantee any specific results, success, or radical changes. The Participant assumes full responsibility and agrees to give 100% of their participation in order to obtain satisfactory results.
Personal Responsibility:
-The Participant is solely responsible for their stay, physical safety, and emotional well-being during the in-person retreat. The Participant is expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Company and its representatives.
Use of Images:
---The Participant grants Raquel Saenz Empowerment LLC the right to use their image and name in photographs, videos, or other media related to the in-person retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.
Confidentiality:
-The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the in-person retreat, including but not limited to teaching materials and personal experiences shared by other participants.
Refund Policy:
-Regardless of the results obtained or the individual's level of participation, no refunds, discounts, or credits will be issued.
Governing Law:
-This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country or state where the in-person retreat takes place.
By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions stated above and agree to abide by them.
