I have tools that I use inconsistently and/or I am trying a lot of different things

Not a clue, but I know I have experienced stress that day
I know what the stressors are clearly but it doesn't seem to help my stress levels in the moment
I know when a stressor presents in real-time and it was dealt with then and there
I know that is a lot, a lot more than I would like it to be
I know what the stressors are and able to pause them in real time so I can leave the situation and deal with them
I know my stressors, both during the day and ones that triggered past memories or limiting beliefs, and I am able to direct myself back to balance throughout the day
How motivated are you to regulate your stress?

It is a part of my lifestyle and feels like second nature
Motivated but it takes a lot of energy and doesn’t feel very natural
It is easy to keep up and stay motivated, especially seeing how I use it throughout my day
Some days are harder then others but I always motivated to continue
Motivated but very frustrated with the process which makes is discouraging and hard to be consistent
Kinda motivated, but I know it will pass once my busy season is over
When you are confronting your stressor with someone present, how do you react?

I regret how I react but I am able to regulate myself later and rectifying the situation
I can pause my reaction in real-time and ask for more time before responding
I am able to regulate myself in real-time and be present for the exchange
I am able to regulate myself in real-time, seeing it as an opportunity to grow, to level up and am able to communicate my ideas clearly
I honestly don’t always know, it is a bit of a gamble
I often regret how I react, or at least it wouldn’t be my first choice
After a stressful situation passes, how do you feel?

Exhausted from trying so hard with little to show for it
Even though it isn’t always ideal, I am proud of how far I have come and how i handled it
Frustrated that I didn’t react better
