Instructions: Enter your Last Name, Billing Zip Code, and Email (used for donations to either 12 South or Bellevue Masjids) below. The information is case-sensitive so make sure to enter your name and email the same as on donations and the membership form.

If your information is IN our system, you will receive a response that your "Account Details Found - See Membership Status Below".
If your information is NOT our system, you will receive a response that your "Account details are not in our system".

- ICN Membership is for one calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and MUST be renewed each year by making the membership fee($120 for an individual and $240 for husband and wife), it will be considered towards your membership fee for the next year. payment or an equivalent amount of donation. if you made the payment by 12/31/2024, you will be a member for Calendar year 2025.
You must complete the ICN membership form for you and your spouse here if you have not done so recently.
Please allow 72 hours for the system to update after completing a new membership form or donation.
