Interlibrary Loan Request
Use this form to request an item through Interlibrary Loan. Patrons residing in Maplewood with a Maplewood Public Library card in good standing may submit this form. If you are not a cardholder at Maplewood Public Library, please contact your home library for information on their Interlibrary Loan program. We will submit your request to a group of libraries outside of the Municipal Library Consortium and will notify you once we receive the item. (We will also notify you if we cannot get it; sometimes an item may not be available.) When we receive the item, the lending library will provide a due date. If you would like us to renew the item, we will contact the lending library on your behalf. Renewals are up to the discretion of the lending library. You may check out up to three Interlibrary Loan items at one time.
