HEALTH GUARANTEE All of our puppies will be up to date on vaccinations and worming when they go to their new home. Puppies will be vet checked. A two-part health agreement: 1. A 1-year health guarantee for congenital and/or genetic defects. 2. At the expense of the BUYER, any puppy should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 4 BUSINESS DAYS of possession to validate the puppy's health. Should their puppy be found in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Breeder, with written diagnosis from the veterinarian. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the dog. If the dog is not returned in 7 days or less from the time the seller was notified then the seller will be released of all responsibility and the buyer forfeits their right to a refund. (If puppy dies before they have been diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian then a necropsy must be performed at the buyer’s expense and it must be proven that the cause of death was something the puppy had before it left the seller's home and not a result of injury or neglect in order for the buyer to receive a refund At that point puppy will be returned to Seller for refund of purchase price or for a replacement puppy of equal value, the choice to be determined by Seller. If the purchaser decides to keep the puppy the vet says has a genetic issue then only half the purchase price will be replaced towards an available puppy and it will be up to the purchaser to come up with the balance of the new puppy.
We do not guarantee these health issues. Just like when your child is born you are not able to guarantee they will never get sick or develop a sickness in their lifetime.
We as a breeder do NOT GUARANTEE against: -Coccidia -Giardia -Round worms -All worms -Weight -Color- Alopecia Size -Hernia -Undescended testicles -Fertility -Overbites -Underbites -Eyes including Cross eyes husky trait - Luxating Patella in Pomeranians (unless found at puppy 1st checkup and determined genetic by vet have read and understand what the breeder does and does not guarantee. X
Breeder will notify new owners if any of these items come up in puppy checks by vet. By initialing, the buyer agrees they Signature.
All puppies are born with worms. All of our puppies have been dewormed at 2, 4, 6, 7 weeks old. This does not mean they will not have worms due to the stress of weaning or moving to their new home. They can get worms at dog parks and where other dogs play.It is very important to your dog(s) health to deworm your puppy and dog as suggested by your vet. Also, the buyer must send at least one photo update to the seller through email or text every 6 months or the guarantee will be null and void this is done until the 1st birthday.
All deposits are nonrefundable no matter the amount of the deposit. But they are transferable to any litter.
At the expense of the BUYER, this dog should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 4 BUSINESS DAYS of possession to validate Health Guarantee. Please note that the puppy MUST be returned to us if you wish to receive a refund due to said health related issues in the agreement no exceptions. If the puppy is returned without a health issue and you are just not able to care for the puppy, the puppy can be returned but the return price will be determined by the seller. The price is determined by the vetting needed and due to age, and trying to find a new home, fees and care are considered during this period of finding a suitable home.
We the breeder cannot and do not guarantee the puppy’s size or color or eye color at the puppy’s adulthood. We can only estimate with a charting to be weight. There is no guarantee on size or weight. Remember this puppy is equal to bringing home a newborn baby and should be treated as one! This contract is made out in duplicate; the Seller and the Buyer each to receive a copy.
Your signature binds all pages and agreements in a court of law and in the state the puppy was born in and purchased from.
