Notice to Delta County Board of Commissioners on Constitutional Points of Clarity
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
To: David Moyle, Chairman, Delta County Board of Commissioners (All Members)
Cc: Nancy J Przewrocki, County Clerk
I, one of the People of the fifty American states as seen in the Michigan Declaration of Rights Section 1, republican in form, Sui Juris, do serve this notice that you may take due care;
Please take notice the People of Michigan created government solely to protect their rights and property, and notice that the Michigan Constitution to which you are sworn is both a contract and trust.
Michigan Constitution Article I Declaration of Rights Section 1:Political Power
“All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection.”
Maxim of Law 51p. The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God. American Maxim. [source, A Selection of Maxims of Law Compiled and Edited by Charles A. Weisman]
Please take notice rights inherent from God encompass the People of all states. The People have the unlimited right to instruct their trustees and servants and regulate their internal government for the common good. In order to protect and maintain the People’s republican form of self-governance, a frequent recurrence to fundamental principles of law becomes necessary.
Michigan Constitution Declaration of Rights Section 3: Assembly, consultation, instruction, petition
“The people have the right peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the government for redress of grievances.”
Mississippi Constitution Bill of Rights Section 6: Regulation of Government; Right to Alter
"The people of this state have the inherent, sole, and exclusive right to regulate the internal government and police thereof, and to alter and abolish their constitution and form of government whenever they deem it necessary to their safety and happiness; provided, such change be not repugnant to the constitution of the United States.”
Maxim of Law 51q. A frequent recurrence to fundamental principles, and a firm adherence to justice, virtue, and original law, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government. American Maxim.
Please take notice the Michigan and U.S. Constitutions are your job description & employment contract. The People are the grantors and beneficiaries of the public trust, which you voluntarily serve. It is key for you to understand how and why your source of authority is the men and women of Delta county, not the People’s servants in Lansing. Therefore it is my wish, order and demand that you read and develop a conversational understanding of the following provisions in your contract re: future administration of the People’s business.
Please read Michigan Constitution Article I (Declaration of Rights), all Sections; Article II (Elections) Section 4 (1), (A) (1), (2), (3) & (1), (2), (3), Section 7; and Article VII (Local Government) Sections 1, 2, 7, and 8. Please enter this legal notice into the public record and publicly declare that you have read and understand these provisions within thirty (30) days of receipt of this notice. (See the link below)
This notice is sent in the peace and love of Jesus Christ that you will give due care to the People, who hold all political power.
