You must be able to pay via Square or Paypal

Paypal is no longer the preferred payment method but it IS still an option! 

 

Full Payment is required upfront before any work can begin

In some cases I offer payment plans, but do keep in mind that your commission will not be started until the full payment amount has been received. PLEASE make sure you're ready to pay BEFORE submitting a form, I will only hold unpaid invoices for 48 hours unless something else is discussed beforehand.

 

 There are NO REFUNDS for commissions once WIPs are approved

You'll be sent a sketch WIP to confirm that your commission is how you'd like it, please make sure to include any changes at the initial WIP update (this includes adding props/accessories etc), excessive changes may be subject to a small fee. 

 

 If you don't have a reference for your character, your commission will be counted as a design

These will be more expensive! Price increase will depend on the complexity of your description/design idea.

 

I Do Not Accept Every Submission I receive

There are plenty of reasons why! If you don't receive a response it means your submission wasn't accepted this time around. Sorry!
