1. Cancellation Policy: if you cancel a shoot half the fee paid is gone

2. Rescheduling Policy: rescheduling a photoshoot attracts extraa fees

3. Usage Rights: wisezvisuals has copyright/ ownership of the final images. If image is sold or Republished the offenders will pay for it

4. Model Release: Wisezvisuals is allowed to use the images for promotional purposes

5. Liability: in case the client losses, damage the images due to unforeseen situation they can contact the photographer to get the pictures and that attracts extra fee
