  • Discount scheme
    - When two individuals enroll together, the second participant receives a 50% discount (only applicable for the first-time enrollment in any course). 

    - Continuing to enroll in courses for the second season will grant a 5% discount. 

    * We reserve the right to determine the final discount.


    Payment Options
    We accept e-transfers and cheques. Post-dated cheques are required for all terms during registration. E-transfers are accepted for the purchase of scores and accessories. Payment via e-transfer should be sent to info@handbellservice.ca. Please make post-dated cheques payable to "Canada Handbell Service Ltd." A $40 administrative fee will be charged for all returned cheques due to non-sufficient funds.

     
    Attendance
    We understand that missing classes is sometimes unavoidable. Efforts should be made to attend all classes, as continued absences can impact the progress of the entire class. There will be no refunds for missed classes, and makeup classes are not available.

     
    Food and Drink
    Our facility is nut-free. Please refrain from bringing any products containing nuts to the studio. Students are encouraged to bring water bottles for class to stay hydrated.

     
    Class Cancellation
    We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently cancel any class due to unforeseen emergencies, weather conditions, or low enrollment. In case of inclement weather, notice will be sent by email or text. Please provide a valid email address and phone number to receive our communications.


    Refund Policy
    Course fees are non-refundable after the course begins. There will be no refund for missed classes. If you sustain an injury preventing course completion, we will pro-rate and transfer any unused fees to the following lesson with a valid doctor's note.
