Becoming an intern with REACH means you will have a dedicated group of people supervising your internship for optimal experiential learning and practice experience. You will also be required to complete a research or applied project that ties in your academic background, future/professional goals, and need within the organization. This project will be presented to either the REACH staff or the Board of Directors.
As an intern with REACH, you have the unique ability to offer a fresh look at our non-profit's day-to-day business and procedures and can share ideas on strategy, plans, policies and more. You will be part of brainstorming sessions and meetings and asked to give input and suggestions to company or internship leaders.
REACH strives to create a flexible and supportive work environment. We do ask at minimum, all interns work at least of hours a week and Sunday's are mandatory during the internship work week.
