** I authorize that my Membership dues and House Account charges will be processed to my credit card. The monthly statement balance will be processed on the 10th of each month and Annual Dues will be processed to my credit card on each appropriate due date. The Member will be subject to 2.25% on the monthly balance for payments received by credit cards. A valid credit card number is required for your file. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMEX)

In the event of a delinquent account any Member that shall neglect or fail to pay the prescribed Annual Fee, the initiation Fee, any assessment levy, house account or any other indebtedness to the Club for more than thirty days after the same shall be due, the Board may, without notice, withdraw all privileges of such member.”

Any indebtedness past 30 days, the club has the right to charge my credit card plus 2.25% service charge to avoid the withdrawal of my privileges.

PLEASE NOTE: All dues are ‘Auto‐renewed’ annually in January unless we are notified otherwise. Any change/cancellation of membership must be received no later than December 31.
