Requests for distribution must be submitted by the 15th of each month for distribution to start the first day of the upcoming month. Requests submitted after the 15th will go live in 45 days.

Client is responsible for designing and printing their publication.

*Slim Jim & Map slot requirements differ per airport, please see below:
- OGG: Sets of 2 slots are required for Slim Jim & Map slots (magazine slots are used to fit 2 Slim Jim/Map publications in each slot).
- LIH: Slim Jim & Map slot rate is $45/month per slot (sets of 3 slots are strongly recommended).
- KOA: Sets of 3 slots are required for Slim Jim & Map slots.
- ITO: Slim Jim slots are not available.
