By signing this waiver, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for my child's participation in the kid's baking class:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that baking involves the use of kitchen equipment, utensils, and heat, and I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these activities. I agree that my child will follow all safety guidelines provided by the Bite Size Baking.
Emergency Medical Treatment:
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize Bite Size Baking (the instructor or event staff) to seek necessary medical attention for my child. I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
I have disclosed any known allergies or dietary restrictions my child may have. I understand that while Bite Size Baking will make every effort to accommodate these needs, it is my responsibility to ensure my child's safety.
Photography and Media Release:
I grant permission for my child's image, likeness, or video to be used for promotional or educational purposes related to the baking class. I understand that my child's privacy will be respected. If should I not want my children's image used or blurred, I will inform Bite Size Baking.
Supervision:
I understand that supervision will be provided during the class, but it is my responsibility to ensure my child arrives and departs safely. I will promptly pick up my child at the designated end time of the class.
By signing below, I affirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
