Fire Doors are now required to be checked every 3 months in Communal areas and every 12 months for Apartment Front Doors, and a Certificate must be issued to say that they are up to date and in good working order in all UK apartment Blocks and Business Premises .This is a Prepay Service as we cannot accept cancellations of jobs with in 48 hours of a booked job or the full price of the job will be charged to you , we do this to protect our engineers incomes as we have been messed around in the past . You can order the checking of communal doors and apartment doors mixed in together or separately , it makes no difference to us . Order what you need when you need it on specific dates . We are Fire Inspectors who carry out this kind of work Nationwide in the United Kingdom . You can book an appointment for one or more doors here to make sure that you are compliant with current Fire and Building Safety Regulations .
